Jeff Wayne's Musical Version of The War of The Worlds is back with a monumental new UK and Ireland arena tour, arriving just in time to celebrate 130 years since the publication of HG WELLS’ dark Victorian tale. Conducted by Jeff Wayne and featuring Liam Neeson in 3D holography as The Journalist, who recounts his story of survival from the Martian invasion of 1898.
One of the most trailblazing arena tours of all time, Jeff Wayne’s Musical Version of The War of The Worlds (TWOTW) returns with a musical spectacular like none other, with the production remaining a favourite to millions around the world, exciting audiences of all ages. In 2006, TWOTW was already considered a cutting-edge production with six trucks filled to the brim. By 2025, marking 19 years of live touring, the production will be up to 12 trucks, with a host of new ingredients and special effects to challenge and excite the senses.
The tour will again feature an exciting new cast to be announced over the coming months.

Bag Policy
All bags are searched prior to entry; therefore, to help speed things up and ensure your safety, we'd prefer if you didn't bring a bag to our venue.
Now, we understand some of you will definitely need to bring some essential bits to the show, if you do, then your bag **MUST** be the following...
No bigger than A4 in size (21cm x 30cm x 19cm)
Maximum of 2 compartments
Rucksacks are not permitted -
Age Limits
Seated: Under 14 year olds MUST be accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs + with a valid ticket, into the venue. (i.e. 14yrs and over can come into the building on their own with a valid ticket).
Standing: Under 14 year olds are not permitted on a standing floor.
14 and 15 year olds are only permitted on a standing floor when accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs +. -
Food & Drinks
We are cashless, so you can queue less and miss less of the show! We accept card and contactless payments only across all food and drink outlets.
Bars: You will find our Pravha bar as you come through the doors serving up all the favourites. We also have a number of bars located at either side of the arena bowl.
Download the Zapaygo app before you arrive and order your drinks to collect at Pravha bar in Forum Live or Lakeside Bar and Stowford Press bar at either side of the arena bowl.Hungry? We have plenty on offer in Forum Live open from 5pm. Gourmet hotdogs from Str(eat) Kitchen, fill up on a Burrito Cantina or a chicken shawarma wrap from Theos. We also have arena favourite, Fish & Chips & Burger Kitchen that offers a delicious vegan alternative. Plenty of reasons to get in early!
