Important: The Unleash the Power Within program contains frequent coarse and adult language and themes and is recommended for attendees aged 16 years and over. Children aged between 13-16 years will be permitted on the provision that they have purchased a ticket and are always accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children below the age of 13 years will not be permitted into the event for any reason

1. WHY WAS UPW BIRMINGHAM POSTPONED?
Our team wanted to do everything we could to still serve you and help you reach your personal breakthrough at UPW. We were 100% prepared to safely put on this event, taking the proper precautions suggested by the UK Government, the World Health Organisation and other public bodies to do so. However, these advising bodies have placed large mass gathering restrictions because of the COVID-19 (coronavirus). We have been and will continue to monitor the situation and follow changing daily local conditions, public health and government guidance, international travel restrictions, and escalating distress in the immediate area. The combination of all of these factors presented us no choice but to postpone the event. In 40 years, we have never postponed a UPW event and we were hesitant to do so. The last thing we would ever want to do is disappoint you or fail to meet your needs.

2. I AM A CURRENT UPW BIRMINGHAM 2020 TICKET FACTORY TICKET HOLDER – WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Our team have rescheduled UPW into later this year, the new dates are 22-25 October and you will be contacted by Success Resources with further details. Your ticket will remain valid for the new date.

3. WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO STAY UP TO DATE WITH THE MOST RECENT INFORMATION REGARDING MY EVENT?
You will receive emails from Success Resources and/or Ticket Factory with relevant information about the rescheduled dates.
